£240 million “given” to Rwanda and not a single person sent there! It’s a disgrace, an outrageous waste of money that could have been spent on far more important issues! This ridiculous, illegal, stupid plan, has no merit, no humanity and no chance! Had the government, spent this money on improving and speeding up the processing of immigrants, so as they could know their future or be rejected, for legitimate and legal reasons! Instead we have the worst of all worlds, peoples stuck in limbo, a plane to send them to Rwanda, patently unworkable and a much needed work force that could contribute and pay taxes “housed” in poor conditions unable to do anything. Why , why, why, is this government so fixated on a policy that most of the public do not support and view as intolerant in the extreme? They say it will stop the “boats” (which the winter weather has effectively done anyway) but it will not. The only way to “control” immigration and/or stop the boats is to address the fundamental problems but the world’s powers seem unable, unwilling or incapable or helping to do this!
When the general election is finally called, if you vote for this Conservative Party, then all your voting for is more of the same and we already know what a mess that has caused
