Day 14
So Boris is in trouble and not the kind he’d probably want to be in. I hope he recovers.
I have said this very loud on social media. I am speechless that there are people who flout the current advice and social distancing. Their ignorance and disregard for the seriousness of this pandemic is beyond belief. Selfish fuckers the lot of them.
Nobody wants to be imprisoned in their own homes and we understand it is frustrating but there is a imperative reason why and we should all be doing it until we are told we can stop.
For no reason at all other than I am annoyed with them, I urge you to never become a customer of Scottish Power. I have recently left them and I will not more you as to why. Within 9 days their final payment was increased by £50 from their first notification!!!!
I am thinking of getting a fixed wheel bike. I used to ride one many years ago. I’m probably fooling myself that riding one again is a good idea. It is a different experience than riding a bike you can freewheel on. My youthful memory of riding one may well no longer be something my much more aged body can do? I have been pleasantly surprised how affordable they are, having looked online. I was going to convert a bike I don’t use but the rear forks are not ideal for the fixed format.
May I encourage you all to arouses your creative juices and take up some activity you might otherwise not do or tried and abandoned. Writing, drawing, painting, sewing, to mention just a few.
Perhaps like me you might pick up that musical instrument you never really got to grips with and give it another try?
Below one of my drawings.
Stay well
