I’ve never written this blog for 32 days on the trot. It has been an interesting experience during a very strange time. I haven’t done anything brave or helped society. Probably very few if anyone has read any of my daily rants and moans. I try to be balanced and honest. It would be easy just to write in a long litany of profane swearing. Most subjects have a whiff of what the fuck!
My favourite tweet of today is from Rory Bremner who in reference to you know who, simply typed “I give up” a sentiment that many of us feel.
Boredom is a strange bedfellow. One persons boredom is another’s exciting activity. Imagination and creativity employed daily will help you get thorough the days. People have posted the most ridiculous, funny, imaginative, stupid, silly, amazing, dangerous and weird things online. some are entertaining, some make you laugh, many are just plain odd, many are informative or carry a serious message. A few are all of the above.
I have though about posting video of me spouting my nonsense but am far to lazy even though I know it is not difficult. My wife has done several video training classes for a couple of her clients and they seem to enjoy them.
I have a problem with hearing my voice played back, I sound a couple of octaves higher in reality than I do in my head!
I am a writer and a rather one track artist. I have written many stories some short some a little longer. I am currently writing a collection of shortish stories about Inspector Kilbride an ageing Detective who resides in a town somewhere in the UK. I’ve just finished the second about a serial killer.
I am not sure whether I would ever publish them or if they are any good but I enjoy writing them and getting lost in my own imagination.
