My darling wife has been trying to alter our flights to Crete because Easyjet cancelled the return flight. Navigating websites on any device should be easy but it is far from that. The entire process is fraught with difficulty and Easyjet won’t speak to you by phone? There is no confirmation that our booking has been cancelled and indeed the outbound flight remains booked on their website. We have now booked a return flight with Wizzair. their website on an IPad is hopeless and does not process but on a windows laptop, no problem? It has driven us mad and done Wendy no favours in anxiety levels. I understand that this is a difficult time and naturally these companies do not want to give refunds or get cancellations but their customers are the ones who need transparency, clear and easy websites and an simple method of contacting to get answers. It is very confusing!
Whatever happens we are going!
