“So listen Joe, you’ve been President for almost 4 years but we have some good news the vote is almost finished so it could be official before you stand for re-election!”
And on and on it trundles and if I see the same figures for another day I think all of America and the world can give up! It needs no further comment from me, we can all see what is happening and frankly we should not be surprised, we knew he would not go quietly. Finally when he realises he has actually lost, there will be no gracious acknowledgement of defeat, Trump will just poor more fuel on the fires of hatred and discord! He won’t go without doing as much damage as he can and continuing shouting that it was fraud and he has been cheated. Go he will however and history will reflect what a complete arsehole he was, there will be no legacy just bitter regret that they fell for his lies and bullshit!
Still the good news is he has lost and now it only a matter of time before it is official. Trump going (and remember it’s not until January) is just one small victory for good sense? Meanwhile the very very rich have worked out how to manipulate the poor into supporting them, how because they have the wealth to do it. I have just read a quote from a very rich man who was asked why rich people continue to be greedy even though they are already very rich? His answer? They are rich because they are greedy!
The world has never been a fair place and it never will be. Until we stop measuring success by how much money you have there is not a chance that anything can change.
