Well how are you doing a few weeks into our second lockdown? Fed up, pissed off? Or have new vista’s opened up and you have discovered exciting new talents and hobbies? Are you sat in front of the TV binge watching or listening to the radio? What ever you are doing there is always something to look forward to! My wife just said “Are we only on the 18th of November Blaaaah!”
Now biscuits. Wendy just asked if I still wanted a packet of Rich Tea, to which I replied yes it’s an elegant biscuit! I am partial to a Rich Tea but I also like a Ginger Nut and occasionally a Choccy Digestive! A Hob Nob is ok but I am not fond of a Custard Creme or any biscuit with a filling. A Garabaldi is alright and Chocolate finger is nice. Talking of Chocolate, what is the obsession we seem to share for the richest of Chocolate cakes. I like Chocolate but not in a rich smothered cake. I am positively repulsed by any cake or pudding that is too sweet. It makes my face pucker like I’ve sucked on a raw lemon! What are your favourites?
