Masks now we have to wear them in shops. Okay fair enough but do you not feel that the horse has already bolted? If a mask will protect others from anyone who could be a carrier, why have we has it not been compulsory up to now?
Having said that if it is necessary then let’s do what we have been advised and wear them. This is an unprecedented situation but this far down the line the advice does seem to be conflicted and confused. I do not claim to be any judge of what is best, I have no scientific or medical training but there are enough people out here who have and perhaps I am being naive but I would have thought the evidence and expertise would have come to a definitive conclusion by now as to how to proceed.
It is remarkable how with all out advancement, with the powerful technology and huge medical resource we have at our disposal how one virus has sown confusion and doubt. Granted the public must follow the advice (and we know how that can turn out) but you would have to say it has been weird!
