There are so many stories and statements to comment on everyday, it’s difficult to know where to start? Can you believe all the stories you read? Is information distributed deliberately to mislead or hide the real truth? We know this happens, it is a devious world we live in. There is so much media much of it, can only be filled by the false and inaccurate or plain lies. Tell people something enough times and many will come to believe it. People in general are gullible. Even those of us who consider ourselves to be reasonably intelligent and well informed can easily be duped. It is hard to know what or who to trust and how much is real? We all know how propaganda and falsehoods are distributed in order to change or influence an outcome. We have seen a proliferation of such tactics in recent years but history is full of examples. Russia is not been the first regime to try and influence another’s election. In many cases it has been an open interference with no desire to hide one countries manipulation of another. Technology has made this interference insidious and subtle. You can understand why there are so many conspiracy theories and theorists. Agent provocateurs are everywhere espousing all sorts of conspiracies about every imaginable subject. We all have experienced some nutter using the airwaves to spout rubbish and misinformation in order to further their own agenda or just to stir up trouble. The latest fuss over David Icke is overblown and ridiculous. firstly this fuckwit’s credibility was destroyed years ago and secondly why give him oxygen by commenting. (Yes I know I just have)!
Perhaps all the above is my agenda and false?
The next question is what shall Wendy and I do today? The world is our oyster or at least our little corner of it!!!!
